GMHA BOARD APPROVES CBA GROUND RULES

The Guam Memorial Hospital Authority Board of Trustees has reviewed and approved the Rules for the GFT-GMHA Nurses Collective Bargaining Agreement Negotiations.  The terms and conditions of the current CBA shall remain in effect until a new Agreement is ratified and signed.  The CBA covers all GMHA Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nurse Assistants in non-supervisory positions.  Negotiation meetings will be scheduled upon official signing of the Rules; right after the Holidays.
