This agreement made and entered into this 1st day of August, 2011, and effective as of October 1, 2011, between Alutiiq Global Solutions LLC, hereinafter referred to as the Company and the Guam Federation of Teachers, AFT Local 1581, AFL-CIO hereinafter referred to as the Union.

DPHSS

The Department of Public Health and Social Services, Government of Guam, hereinafter called DPHSS, and the Guam Federation of Teachers, hereinafter called GFT, hereby enter into this Agreement pursuant to the Public Employee-Management Relations Act (PEMRA) (Title IV, Chapter 10, Guam Code Annotated) and the PEMRA Rules and Regulations. The purpose of this Agreement is to promote the parties' joint goal of delivering effective, efficient and quality services relating to public welfare and public assistance programs under the purview of DPHSS on Guam, by continuous improvement of working conditions and a professional working relationship between the parties and the employees represented by GFT.

DPW School Bus Drivers

The Union agrees to represent equally and without prejudice all DPW School Bus Drivers for the purposes of consultations and negotiations with the employer’s management officials concerning terms and conditions of school bus driver employment not otherwise fixed by law or regulations, and in the settlement of grievances. The Union shall represent those persons who hereinafter perform the duties or functions performed by personnel in the school bus driver bargaining unit.

GMHA Contract

THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between the GUAM FEDERATION OF TEACHERS, AFT Local 1581 (hereinafter referred to as the Union) and the GUAM MEMORIAL HOSPITAL AUTHORITY BOARD OF TRUSTEES (herein after referred to as the Board), the Employer of the COLLECTIVE BARGAINING UNIT.

The GUAM FEDERATION OF TEACHERS, Local 1581, of the AMERICAN FEDERATION OF TEACHERS, hereinafter called the Union and the GUAM EDUCATION POLICY BOARD, GOVERNMENT OF GUAM, herein after called the Board, affirm their commitment to providing the best possible education for the children of Guam. This commitment to education, and to the students, their parents, and the community, is the foundation not only for this Agreement, but also for all endeavors of the Board and the Union. The challenges of fulfilling this pledge demand a new level of collaboration among educators as we move out of the past and provide for the future.

Rome Research

This Agreement, entered into and beginning on the date that it is signed and extending through September 30,2013, by and between Rome Research Corporation, hereinafter called "The Company and GFT referred to as "The Union", as representatives for the purpose of collective bargaining of Rome Research Corporation employees defined in the National Labor Relations Act. This agreement pertains to employees employed by the Company at the Naval Satellite Operations Center, DET C, located on Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station, Guam (territory of USA)under Contract No. N69450-07-D-0558. This Agreement shall be binding upon the Company and the Union and al1 covered employees within the bargaining unit represented by the Union as hereafter defined.
