The locals of Guam are circulating a petition asking the President to leave the Military base during his stay and address the locals. We (the locals) would like a chance to hear what he has to say about the impending buildup as well as an opportunity for us to ask questions and voice our concerns about it.

This buildup will have a HUGE impact on our island and we deserve a chance to discuss our concerns with the President or at least hear what he has to say.  Felicity is a cute, light beige adult boonie dog. She’s rather thin and lean, but this only makes her faster and more agile. Her adorable little bob-tail swishes back and forth with excitement when she’s able to be out for a romp. She’s sweet and quiet and would fit in with any family. Her sweet demeanor makes her great with kids too.
